Overall Health and Well Being

I grew up in a family that holds a mentality that we need to enjoy and live life to the fullest. Our focus was being active and focusing on a healthy life style which leads to personal well-being and overall fitness. I was a professional athlete for over ten years. I have been involved with sports since I could walk and still to this day I am actively dancing with Alberta Ballet. Unfortunately it took an injury in my professional career that led me looking for answers to my questions. I not only needed something that would make my body feel better but I needed something that would connect my mind, body and spirit. I started seeing Kristin in 2010 and she truly is a life saver. She analyzes and evaluates my needs and concerns. She uses her skills and knowledge to realign and rebalance the energy in my body. I feel that she has allowed me to enhance my ballet performance and my personal well-being. I leave her sessions feeling more focused, lower anxiety rate and she helps me push my limits. I have several issues some of which include stress, knee pain, shin splints, arthritis, tension headaches, etc. just to name a few. If you are familiar with the life of a professional athlete, even a retired one, you know that we have several aching body parts but it is our strength, determination and courage that make us who we are, an athlete. I can honestly say that Kristin has not only made me a better person but my entire outlook changes after being in her presence. She is passionate, caring, thoughtful, and after several years with her I am proud to call her a good friend.
